Governance & transparency
We apply clear governance, financial stewardship and equal-treatment principles to association activities and grant-funded work.
Association funds and grants are used only for approved charitable and statutory purposes. Income and expenditure are recorded, supporting documentation is retained, responsibilities are separated where practical, and reports are prepared in accordance with Croatian non-profit accounting requirements and funder conditions.
Participation, assistance, volunteering and services are provided without discrimination based on race, colour, ethnic or national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion or belief, political opinion, family status, social background or any other protected characteristic. Harassment, exclusion and retaliation are not tolerated.
The Assembly exercises member oversight in accordance with the charter. Authorised representatives implement decisions, maintain required records and protect association assets. Potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed and managed; no private individual may receive improper benefit from association resources.
Activities, beneficiaries, partnerships, resources and outcomes are reviewed through annual reporting. Records are made available to competent authorities and funders as legally or contractually required. Public summaries may be published when adopted and personal data can be safely protected.
